DPCore for physicians

DPCore · For direct care and concierge physicians

You should have the full picture, from sources you can check.

Your patients are arriving with ChatGPT. DPCore is the assistant on your side of that conversation. It drafts your chart notes, and only you can approve them. We are looking for three to five Tampa Bay practices to help shape the rest.

Where it stands today

  • Built: Chart-note drafts only you can approve.
  • Live: The patient decides who reads their data.
  • Live in a small beta: ProForta, for members on a GLP-1.
  • Planned: A node your practice owns.

What doctors need

Built around what doctors told us.

We read what direct care doctors say about their practice and about AI. The same few things come up again and again.

Time for members, not charts.

DPCore drafts the chart note. You read it and change it, and only you can approve it.

Status: Built

See what happens between visits.

With ProForta, a member logs protein and strength in a minute a day. At the visit, she hands you one page on her last 30 days.

Status: Built

Privacy you can show your members.

Each member decides who reads her data. She sees every read. She can take access back at any time.

Status: Live

The final word stays yours.

DPCore drafts. Only you can approve. Nothing reaches the chart until you do.

Status: Built

Stay independent.

In the planned design, DPCore runs on a node your practice owns: a computer next to your records. Your records stay where they are. We will show you that you can leave with your data before we ask you to rely on it.

Status: Planned

A real person to call.

You talk to me, not to a help desk. I live in Tampa, and I come to your office.

And the question every practice cares about. Do members stay longer with a practice that sees them between visits? We want to answer it with you.

One example

A member starts a GLP-1.

Four obesity and nutrition societies now advise keeping muscle during GLP-1 treatment. You write the lifestyle prescription. Between visits, you rarely see whether she follows it.

  1. You prescribe strength training twice a week and enough protein. You plan a recheck in 8 to 12 weeks.

  2. Between visits, she logs both in ProForta in a minute a day. ProForta helps members maintain muscle while they lose the weight.

Status: Live in a small beta
  3. At the recheck, she brings a one-page summary of her last 30 days.

    Status: Built
  4. She decides who reads her data. She sees every read and can take access back.

    Status: Live
  5. DPCore drafts your note from the visit. Only you can approve it for the chart.

    Status: Built
  6. In the planned design, all of this runs on a node your practice owns.

    Status: Planned

The advisory: a joint statement of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, the American Society for Nutrition, the Obesity Medicine Association and The Obesity Society, Am J Clin Nutr 2025;122(1):344-367.

Design partners · Tampa Bay

Help shape DPCore.

We are looking for three to five Tampa Bay practices to shape DPCore with us. You shape it before anything is sold. You see each design first, and your words shape what we build. We plan to start the first pilot with the practices that helped shape it. It will have a fixed start and end.

What we ask.

One hour a month for six months. One visit to watch how your day runs. Your honest view on each design.

What we never ask for.

Money, or your patients' data.

Our first talk is three questions.

  1. What do your members do between visits that you wish you could see?
  2. Your patients are arriving with ChatGPT. What would you need to see from a patient's AI to trust what it tells you?
  3. If a tool like this ran in your practice, what must it do, and what must it never do?

What you shape.

  • The one-page summary a member brings to the visit. Status: Built
  • The note drafts only you can approve. Status: Built
  • The muscle program, from the doctor's side. Status: Live in a small beta
  • What a doctor needs to see from a patient's AI to trust it.
  • What a node in your practice must do before you would trust it. Status: Planned

Questions

Questions doctors ask us.

Why build with AI at all?

Your patients already use it. We want you to have the full picture, from sources you can check. DPCore drafts. You keep the judgment.

Who decides what goes in the chart?

Only you. DPCore drafts. You read and change the draft, and only you can approve it. Every decision on medication and treatment stays with you.

What if a draft is wrong?

You see every draft before it counts. Each line will show where it came from. That part is planned. You edit it, or you write your own. Your edits show us what to improve.

What does it cost?

Nothing during design. There is no price yet.

Is this one more app for my members?

Your members use one app, ProForta. You get a one-page summary they bring to the visit. Later, drafts go into the EHR you already use.

What happens to the data? Do you sell it?

No blockchain, no token, no central pool of raw health data. A member's raw data stays where it was created. That part is system architecture, not just a privacy policy. Our node holds interpreted records today, under our commitment.

What if I want out?

In the planned design, your practice owns the node. We will prove you can leave with your data before we ask you to rely on it.

How much time does it take?

One hour a month, on your calendar. And one visit.

Who we are

Built in Tampa, for the doctors who will use it.

The DPCore shield: two figures, a patient and a doctor

The patient holds the data. The physician makes the decisions, with the full picture. The program is yours.
